Personal License Holders (Alcohol)

Personal License holders online course

Due to the Licensing Act 2003, all sales of alcohol conducted on licensed premises can only be authorised by a personal licence holder. To apply to become a personal licence holder, the applicant must hold a regulated qualification to prove they can sell alcohol both legally and responsibly.

Qualify Training will provide this compulsory qualification for individuals working in, or preparing to work in, any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol. Anyone wishing to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol by retail on licensed premises must hold a personal licence.
